Import export relevant shipping containers aren’t usually modified.
As soon as the shipping container is decommissioned from its regular job, it is then known as used shipping container [USC]. And, can be modified as residence, office, farmhouse, laboratory, toilet, security office, etc. a multi-purpose cube as per the requirements.

Dimensions:
- USC 40’x8’x8’6” – a general purpose [GP] and another is high container [HC] with an extended height of 1’ feet i.e. 9’6”. The dimensions of HC are 40’x8’x9’6”.
- USC 20’x8’x8’6” – GP is available in market yard. Generally, 20’ feet HC isn’t available in market for sale. Reefer or refrigerated container are also available.
